When an examination
date is set you will
receive written notice by letter
of your acceptance.

including your telephone or mailing address
changes after you submit an application please notify us of that change
immediately by email or phone.
Forms may be revised prior to the next scheduled examination and you may be required to re-submit your application on new forms.
Prior to any examination notarized applications, and required work history must be completed and returned to the Charleston MHST office for review by the Mine Inspector's Examining Board. Once the Board review the applications for eligibility, you will be notified of the exam date, time and location.
