Initial Plan Submittals Notes

West Virginia Communication and Tracking Plans were due July 31, 2007.  Operators received Notice of Deficiencies letters dated August 31, 2007.  For Corrections view the following Deficiencies and Corrections Required guidelines (PDF). Revised plans should be submitted by September 21, 2007.

In the case of approval, 15 days will be allowed from submission of purchase orders or other proof of purchase for any equipment to complete the approved plan along with its installation and ongoing maintenance.
