The West Virginia Office of Miners’ Health Safety and Training (MHS&T) will be offering four (4) Qualified Diesel Instructor Certification classes in 2007.  Classes are scheduled in Beckley, Morgantown, and Logan with each 28-hour class lasting 3 & 1/2 days.  Enrollment in each class is limited to 11 students and selection will be determined on “most needed”, first-come-first-serve basis with no more than three (3) students per company.  The total cost of each class will be $370 per student. The first class is scheduled beginning 8 am April 16, 17, 18, and 19 in the Fireside Conference Room of the Country Inn and Suites in Beckley, WV.  This motel is located at Exit 44 of the WV Turnpike (Interstate 64/77). 

Additional classes are scheduled for: June 18 through 21 in  Morgantown  and in Beckley - August 20 through 23.  The class for the Logan area is scheduled December 10 through 13, 2007.  The August Beckley class will be held at the Country Inn and Suites (see above).

Class locations for the Morgantown and Logan classes will be posted at a later date. 

Payment and Registration Information:

The total cost of each class will be $370 per student.  Refunds will not be made unless cancellation is made at least 10 working days prior to the class starting date.  Please make payment by check or money order to the West Virginia Office of Miners’ Health, Safety and Training;  Attention Randy Bell, 142 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901.
