The following lists of individuals is provided as a public service to those inquiring about miners holding Mining Certifications issued by this Office. To verify any certification please click on the link below and contact one of our offices.

• These lists include all Certification types issued by the Office of Miners' Health Safety and Training. These listings are current as of the date indicated on the list.   The listings will be updated quarterly if not sooner.

• These are LARGE files and may take some time to load. Due to the size of the files some certification types have been split into several files.

• Be aware that WVMHST Electrical Certifications are not valid if re-training required by MSHA has not been completed.

• To verify MSHA re-training records, contact the MSHA Qualified and Certification Office at 303-231-5472.

• Also note that Apprentice Cards are subject to expiration.

The dates of continuing education for mine foreman may not reflect the most recent training. Please contact the local MHST regional office to verify if an individual has received and completed the required continuing education to keep his mine foreman certification current.
