SCSR Inventory:
All underground mine operators and independent contractors who perform any type of work or service in underground coal mines shall submit quarterly an inventory of all self-contained self-rescuers in-service using the excel template below (DO NOT MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO THE SPREADSHEET TEMPLATE) The memorandum contains explanations and definitions of the required data. Submit completed inventory sheets to: mineinfo@wv.gov (note- new address)
Quarterly Reports are due: January. 15, April 15, July 15 and October. 15
