This is a report detailing testing of the PMBA (passive mine blast attenuator) for protecting mine seals.

Preliminary findings were presented at the PCMIA Meeting in Cannonsburg, PA October 31, 2008 and the full report at the SME Annual Meeting in Denver, CO in February 24, 2009.Sapko Consulting Services, LLC was our consultant on the project.  NIOSH collaborated with us on the project, too
